Finally booked your Dragon Trip? Now the exciting part begins… studying the itinerary, reading up on the sights you’ll see, and eventually packing! It can be daunting to start, especially for long and varied trips like our 31 day South East Asia tour. We decided to do the hard work for you and create an ultimate packing list for Asia adventures:
It is best to pack for warm and cold climates, sunny and rainy. Even though you will have a good idea of the weather while you’re packing, it’s always good to be prepared. A lot of our adventures involve camping and a variation of climates. Our top tip is layering: bring summer clothes that can be layered to be warm winter clothes!
Warm clothes for mountains and camping: jumpers/fleece/layers/long-sleeve tops/jeans/joggers
Most of our Dragons just need the basic toiletries, however, when travelling it’s good to have a few extra pieces to ensure you are safe and comfortable! Most importantly Mosquito repellant and sun cream…
Shampoo and Conditioner
Face wipes/body wipes
Toothbrush and toothpaste
Anti sting cream / mosquito repellant
Hand-wash laundry detergent
First aid kit: Painkillers, anti-diarrhoea tablets, aftersun lotion, plasters/bandages, thermometer, antibacterial gel, motion sickness tablets
It’s always frustrating when you arrive in a new country and realise you’ve forgotten the new gadget you bought for the trip, don’t let that happen! Follow our accessories packing list to ensure you’re prepared.
Camera and camera film (if needed)
Laptop (if needed)
Chargers for electronics
Adapters for plugs
Small Backpack for day trips
Big backpack (instead of suitcase as it’s easier to transport between places)

When travelling it is best to have a travel-wallet full of the important documents you’ll need throughout your trip. Travel essentials should nearly always be in your carry-on bag so you have easy access at all times.
