Pates' Grammar School China trip review | The Dragon Trip

Pates’ Grammar School China trip review

Take a look at this student review of Pates’ Grammar School’s trip to China last year:

“I had an amazing time on this trip due to the sheer number of fantastic moments that we all experienced. Every single day we went to incredible places and had an absolute ball seeing it all.”

“The tour guides really looked after us, everything went so smoothly and we all felt as if they went above and beyond to make sure our time in China was unforgettable.”

“There were so many highlights on this trip but the ones that spring to mind were the boat trip in Shanghai, the bike ride on the city walls of Xi’an, the hike through the bamboo forest and, of course, the Great Wall. These were all “pinch me” experiences; I can’t count the number of times that one of us would ask the others “hang on, are we really here?” It felt surreal to us that we were actually going to these unbelievable places, all tightly packed into 2 weeks (which felt a lot shorter).”

“The food was delicious, the people we encountered were all lovely. I’m really not sure how we would have coped without the amazing tour guides to handle everything, their professionalism and friendliness was incredible.”
